"I was privileged to attend the recent Dare To Lead workshop facilitated by Debra Birks in Sydney. Having been familiar with a range of leadership frameworks, I found these specific principles both practical and very relevant to current day issues. The time spent with Debra to reflect, discuss and explore ways to build courage from both a leadership perspective as well as around our general dialogue was extremely thought provoking and inspiring. Thank you, Debra, for the opportunity, I look forward seeing you touch many more with your wisdom and the insights from Dr Brené Brown."
"I walked into the workshop drawn to learning about daring leadership and curious about the relationship between vulnerability and courage on leadership capabilities. The wealth of information about what was at the heart of daring leadership really resonated with me. Throughout the workshop, discussions amongst participants raised many relatable experiences and shone a light on courage, bravery, trust and empathy impacting business performance and life situations. Thanks to Debra, I’m pleased to walk away with a range of tools to guide me to dare greatly to be a daring leader!"
"A thoroughly worthwhile two-day workshop that all leaders and aspiring leaders should attend. Thought provoking and practical, it leaves you pondering and inspired to be braver in your leadership practice, underpinned by authenticity and vulnerability."
"Fabulous course, great presenter, wonderful participants. Loads of trust and vulnerability in the room So thank you Debra for facilitating such great learning."
"I felt Debra was critical to the depth of discussion amongst attendees. From breadth of experience to illustrate examples to support content to empathy expressed during participant discussions and capability to lead trust building amongst participants quickly. In thinking of other facilitators I've engaged with I couldn't imagine being in a room with the type of participant examples shared, myself included, if not for Debra."
